PBX sponsors the ICC YAAF panel at Arminera 2025

PBX International Law was pleased to sponsor the panel organized by ICC YAAF as part of Arminera 2025, the leading mining industry event in Argentina. The panel, titled “Lithium Triangle – Challenges, Opportunities and the Role of Dispute Resolution,” took place on May 29 and brought together key figures from the energy and legal sectors.

The panel addressed the main challenges and opportunities presented by the Lithium Triangle — comprising Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile — and the increasingly important role of dispute resolution mechanisms in this context. The need for solid regulatory frameworks, the attraction of responsible investment, and the importance of contractual planning in the face of highly complex technical and geopolitical projects were highlighted.

The panel featured Ignacio Celorrio (Lithium Argentina), Ari MacKinnon (Cleary Gottlieb, New York), and María Paz Pulgar (Guerrero Olivos, Santiago de Chile), and was moderated by Claudia López Monterrey (Garron Bozo, Santa Cruz de la Sierra), ICC YAAF representative for Latin America.
