María Vicari and María Carrara participated in the I CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL DE ARBITRAJE EN ROSARIO
On July 3rd and 4th, Rosario hosted the 1° Congreso Internacional de Arbitraje, organized by the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario, together with the Centro Internacional de Arbitraje, Resolución de Conflictos y Dispute Boards – CIARD
This event brought together leading figures in international arbitration from across Latin America. A total of 10 panels were held, covering a wide range of topics related to international arbitration, both commercial and investment.
Our lawyers María Vicari and María Carrara were part of the academic program as moderators of two key panels:
Panel 6: Arbitral awards and judicial review. Recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards – moderated by María Vicari.
Panel 2: The opportunities of arbitration and Dispute Boards in Peruvian public procurement. Application in Argentine law and new provisions of the Ley Bases and DNU 70/23 – moderated by María Carrara.
The Congress was not only an academic event, but also a friendly, warm and inspiring gathering of colleagues from Argentina, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Mexico, Ecuador, and Spain.
