PBX International Law participated in the ASADIP Conference in Rio de Janeiro
María Vicari, Associate at PBX International Law, participated as a speaker at the XVIII ASADIP - Asociación Americana de Derecho Internacional Privado Conference held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she presented her exposition titled: "High-risk artificial intelligence and human supervision: May AI systems act as assistants to arbitrators in international arbitration?"
Her presentation addressed the challenges and opportunities arising from the use of AI tools in the field of international arbitration, as well as the importance of maintaining appropriate human supervision to ensure transparency, impartiality, and respect for due process.
