Nicolás E. Bianchi will deliver a presentation on ICSID Arbitration Rules at the I Peruvian Congress of International Law

Nicolás E. Bianchi, partner at PBX, will present his paper titled “The Objection of Manifest Lack of Legal Merit under the ICSID Arbitration Rules” at the I Peruvian Congress of International Law. This event, which will take place on November 7 and 8, 2024, at the auditorium of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Lima, Peru, aims to bring together leading experts and professionals in the field of international law.
