Pablo Parrilla Spoke at the Latin American Arbitration Conference (CLA) ✨
In his presentation, Pablo addressed key considerations that States should bear in mind when retaining counsel for international representation. He also emphasized the importance of ensuring that arbitrators appointed by the parties possess a deep understanding of public international law and remain mindful of the public dimension in the resolution of disputes.
The panel also featured prominent practitioners such as Mariana Lozza, Francisco Grob, and David Aníbal Ortiz Gaspar, and was moderated by Rebeca Salemma Miranda, Deputy Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic.
It was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and further enrich the debate on the practice of international investment arbitration in Latin America.
